Breast Pump Rental (Medela Symphony) -- 3 months

This is a 3-month rental of a Hospital-Grade Medela Symphony Breast Pump. The Breast Pump Rental is due back no later than 3 months from the day the pump rental commences, though extensions can always be made.

The breast pump kit and/ or 27mm or 30mm breastshields/ flanges are sold separately and are yours to keep.
